Experience Design for the Great Outdoors

The new info points in the Upper Danube Nature Park are places that function not only as shelters, but also as places of learning, communication, encounter and community spirit. They offer orientation, a sense of distances and accessibility and, through their distinct form, will become an individual, unmistakable trademark of the park - connecting with the landscape through materiality, form and vegetation and so becomimg small "stages" in the midst of nature.

The first Info Point has now been completed near Gosheim, and another will be added in Rietheim-Weilheim in the course of the year. The goal is to realize a total of eight to ten info points in the Upper Danube Nature Park. The construction of the Info Point is supported by the state of Baden-Württemberg with funds from the Glückspirale lottery and the EU. The remaining costs are borne by the nature park association and the municipality of Gosheim. More about the nature park at www.naturpark-obere-donau.de
